The Fez Side Table began with an image: a bird at rest on a narrow perch, its weight distributed with instinctive precision. Nao Tamura translated that observation into a cone-shaped iron base, tapered and self-assured, supporting either a round or oval top that pivots a full 360 degrees.
Fabricated from iron with a fine sand powder-coat, the table arrives in four colors, each calibrated rather than decorative in the conventional sense: Warm Amber, Cosy Grey, Striking Blue, and Olive Green. The finish has a quiet texture that absorbs light without reflecting it, giving the piece a restrained graphic presence in a room.
The rotating top is not a gimmick. It allows the table to reorient itself beside a sofa, lounge chair, or bed without moving the base, accommodating how people actually use a surface through the course of a day.
