The table is built entirely from solid wood, its surface tracing a wide ellipse of 140 by 125 centimeters. At 30 centimeters from the ground, it belongs unmistakably to the horizontal. The legs repeat the elliptical geometry of the top, so the form reads as a single continuous gesture rather than a structure of assembled parts. Tapered edges reduce visual weight at the perimeter, giving the mass an unexpected lightness.
