Yori-Kiri

Yori-Kiri by Zanotta is a bergère designed by Francesca Lanzavecchia, conceived as an invitation to slow down, unwind, and feel fully embraced. Inspired by a Japanese sumo move that evokes strength, balance, and control, the chair pairs generous padding with curved armrests that wrap around the backrest, creating a sculptural yet deeply welcoming form with a refined sense of proportion.

Designed for absolute comfort, Yori-Kiri features an integrated reclining mechanism hidden within the seat, allowing the backrest to move smoothly or lock into position without interrupting the chair's clean silhouette. A matching pouf extends the experience of relaxation, while removable fabric upholstery, recycled PET fiber in the back cushion, and a glossy lacquered swivel base in a rich palette of colors bring together craftsmanship, innovation, and Zanotta's contemporary approach to enduring design.
