The Blisscape coffee table occupies the floor with quiet authority. Low, rectangular, and wrapped entirely in Poltrona Frau's signature leather, it belongs to a lineage of Italian objects where surface and structure are inseparable.
Its base is built from birch plywood and MDF, forming a foundation that is both precise and grounded. The tabletop, also in birch plywood, receives the leather with the same care applied across the rest of the piece. Nothing is left unaddressed.
Poltrona Frau has worked in leather since 1912, developing proprietary tanning and dyeing processes at its atelier in Tolentino, Italy. That depth of material knowledge is present here, in the way the leather ages, softens, and takes on the particular character of its environment over time.
