Treflo raggiunge la semplicità attraverso la disciplina. La sua silhouette rotonda appare immediata e diretta, eppure la base richiede un livello di precisione nella produzione che pochi produttori possono sostenere. Formata da poliuretano rigido arricchito con polioli derivati da fonti biologiche, la base raggiunge la sua geometria fluida e sinuosa attraverso tecniche di termoformatura raffinate in decenni presso l'atelier di Cassina a Meda.
Una struttura metallica interna e una zavorra fusa ancorano la base in modo invisibile, garantendo stabilità senza interrompere la lettura scultorea della forma. Il risultato è un tavolo che si erge senza rumore visivo.
Due opzioni di piano estendono la gamma del design. Il vetro temperato extrachiaro, termoformato e retro-laccato, apporta luminosità e profondità, il suo bordo arrotondato ammorbidisce il profilo. Un'alternativa in MDF, laccata opaca o lucida, offre una materialità più radicata con uguale precisione formale. Entrambi poggiano su un sottopiano in MDF o HPL rifinito in nero opaco, un dettaglio deliberato che incornicia la composizione dal basso.
