Massimo Castagna si avvicina allo storage come architettura. La credenza Slim Side Vertical è un mobile alto distillato alla sua geometria essenziale: un volume alto e composto la cui presenza si percepisce in una stanza senza richiedere attenzione.
La struttura in compensato da 2,5 cm è rivestita in metallo rifinito a mano, un processo che introduce sottili variazioni tonali da un pezzo all'altro. Non esistono due mobili identici. Il vetro bronzato riveste il pannello posteriore e si estende agli scaffali interni, creando un'atmosfera calda e riflettente quando le ante sono aperte.
Una base in legno di 13 cm solleva il mobile quel tanto che basta per conferire alla silhouette una qualità di leggerezza, permettendo alla forma di fluttuare sopra il piano del pavimento. Le configurazioni interne includono:
- Ripiani in vetro bronzato su tutta la superficie
- Ripiani abbinati a un portabicchieri da vino integrato
- Illuminazione interna a LED
