Ugo Cacciatori si avvicina all'arredamento come un gioielliere si avvicina alla forma: ogni angolo è studiato, ogni materiale scelto per la sua tensione rispetto al successivo. Il tavolino basso Origami distilla questa sensibilità in un unico, composto oggetto.
Una base in metallo piegato conferisce al pezzo il suo nome e il suo carattere. La geometria si presenta come uno studio di struttura controllata, piani rigidi che si incontrano ad angoli precisi per creare ombra e profondità sotto una superficie in pietra. La materialità del top, che sia marmo, onice o un'altra pietra naturale, gioca in tranquillo contrasto con l'esattezza del metallo.
