Tree of Light
Made by Catellani & Smith
Designed by Enzo Catellani
- Base in ferro grezzo cerato, 53 x 53 cm
- Trentasei lampadine LED E14 a 2700K

Domande Frequenti
Can the brass arms be reshaped after installation?
Yes. Each of the thirty-six brass flex arms is designed to be bent and repositioned by hand at any point, so the lamp's silhouette can be adjusted freely over time without any tools or professional assistance.
What is the Turciù series and its significance?
Turciù was Enzo Catellani's inaugural collection, the body of work in which he first developed his signature approach to handcrafted metalwork and flexible light structures. The series established the design language that would define Catellani & Smith for decades.
How does the wireless dimming system work?
Albero della Luce includes a wireless dimming control that adjusts the intensity of all thirty-six LED sources simultaneously, allowing the atmosphere of the room to be modulated without wall switches or wired infrastructure.
What ceiling height is recommended for this floor lamp?
With a variable height of 280 to 300 cm, the piece performs best in spaces with ceilings of at least 310 to 320 cm, ensuring the uppermost arms read freely without visual compression against the ceiling plane.
Is Albero della Luce made by hand in Italy?
Yes. The piece is produced in Italy by Catellani & Smith, a studio known for handcrafting each fixture individually. The waxed iron base and brass flex structure both bear the material character that comes from artisanal production rather than industrial uniformity.
