The Filigrana Suspension Light is Sebastian Wrong's contemporary response to a glassblowing tradition rooted in Murano, where colored canes are rolled into molten glass to create depth and pattern from within the material itself. Each shade is mouth-blown and acid-etched, giving the surface a soft, luminous quality that transforms direct light into a gentle, diffused glow.
Colored glass stripes are worked into the body during the blowing process, producing the collection's signature candy-cane effect. No two pieces are identical. The variation is deliberate, a record of the maker's hand preserved in the final form.
The Filigrana family spans cylinder, ellipse, globe, and lantern silhouettes, available in several color combinations.
