The Mini Clay is one of Desalto's most considered objects: a coffee table whose hourglass silhouette draws from geometric tradition while remaining firmly rooted in contemporary production. The base is formed from molded polyurethane, its curves resolved with a precision that softer materials rarely allow. Tops are available in ceramic or lacquered finishes, each applied by hand to produce a surface that reads differently in varying light.
Scale is part of the design logic. The collection spans standard coffee table heights and lower side-table versions, making it as suited to a composed living room arrangement as to a more spare, singular placement. Multiple finish combinations allow the piece to shift between warm and cool, matte and gloss, without altering its fundamental character.
