Able to be positioned freely when not in use, the Y-shaped steel hooks lock into place when you hang an object. Securely mounted to the ceiling with the included ceiling hook, the Wardrope hanging coat rack holds up to 30 pounds of coats, bags, or whatever else is fit to hang.
