Millenium Hope
Made by Cappellini
The Millenium Hope table is a study in reduction. Designed by Claudio Silvestrin for Cappellini, it joins honeycombed fir with medium density conglomerate fibre into a single monolithic form, its vertical elements meeting a horizontal top of equal height and width in an unbroken, continuous presence.
Available in natural oak or black-stained finish, the table carries a quiet authority rooted in proportion rather than ornament. A matching bench, conceived with the same rigor and intention, completes the composition.
Claudio Silvestrin studied under AG Fronzoni before completing his formation in London, where he continues to practice. His work spans domestic interiors, museums, exhibition spaces, and product design, including long-standing collaborations with Armani and Calvin Klein. Across all of it, the same sensibility persists: nothing added that does not belong.
