Loungescape Bed
Made by Flexform
Designed by Antonio Citterio
- Testiera modulare a grandi pannelli imbottiti
- Disponibile in rivestimento in tessuto e pelle
- Configurazione contenitore opzionale

Domande Frequenti
Who designed the Flexform Loungescape Bed?
The Loungescape collection was designed by Antonio Citterio, Flexform's long-standing creative director. Citterio's approach centers on formal coherence across an entire system, which is why the bed shares the same raked geometry and upholstered panel language as the Loungescape sofa.
What is the difference between the Loungescape Bed and Loungescape Light?
The standard Loungescape Bed features a freestanding modular headboard with sculpted upholstered panels, while the Loungescape Light was developed for hospitality contexts and uses a wall-mounted headboard composed of two horizontal upholstered panels. Both share the same tapering base geometry.
What upholstery options are available for the Loungescape Bed?
The Loungescape Bed can be specified in a broad range of Flexform's fabric and leather upholsteries. The modular headboard panels and base covering can be coordinated or contrasted, giving architects and designers significant latitude in how the piece reads within a finished interior.
Does the Loungescape Bed come with a storage option?
Yes. An optional storage base is available, integrating concealed volume beneath the mattress platform. The storage solution is designed to maintain the bed's low, raked silhouette so the overall form remains uncompromised.
How does the Loungescape Bed relate to the Loungescape sofa system?
Flexform developed the Loungescape Bed as a direct extension of the Loungescape sofa collection. The shared formal language, including the raked base profile and large sculpted upholstered surfaces, allows the two to coexist within a single interior without visual conflict, reinforcing a continuous design sensibility across rooms.
