Hola 367 Chair
Made by Cassina
Designed by Hannes Wettstein
Hannes Wettstein designed the Hola 367 as a meditation on continuity. A single mould gives the shell its uninterrupted silhouette, seat, back, and legs resolving into one coherent gesture rather than a collection of assembled parts. The form reads as quietly inevitable.
Beneath the surface, an inner steel core provides the structural integrity that lets the expanded polyurethane upholstery feel generous without losing discipline. Cassina's craft reveals itself where materials meet: the precision of each joint, the care given to every transition.
- Available with or without arms
- Upholstery in leather, removable fabric covers, or a leather-and-fabric combination
- Single-mould shell construction for a continuous, unbroken silhouette

Each upholstery choice shifts the atmosphere of the chair while leaving its essential character intact. The Hola 367 is a piece that holds its identity across contexts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who designed the Cassina Hola 367 Chair?
The Hola 367 was designed by Swiss designer Hannes Wettstein, known for work that prioritizes structural logic and formal restraint. He collaborated with Cassina to develop the chair's distinctive single-mould shell construction.
What upholstery options are available for the Hola 367?
The Hola 367 can be specified in leather, removable fabric covers, or a combination of leather with fabric. Each option alters the tactile and visual character of the piece while preserving the integrity of the underlying form.
Is the Hola 367 available with and without arms?
Yes, the Hola 367 is offered in both armchair and side chair configurations, making it adaptable for dining, lounge, or contract settings.
What is the construction method behind the Hola 367's shell?
The shell is formed from a single mould, allowing the seat, back, and legs to emerge as one continuous surface. An internal steel core reinforces the structure, supporting the expanded polyurethane upholstery without compromising the slender profile.
How does the Hola 367 perform in contract or hospitality environments?
The chair's steel-reinforced shell and Cassina's production standards make it well suited to high-use environments. Its clean silhouette and range of upholstery specifications allow it to integrate into both residential and hospitality projects.
