Lampada da Tavolo Ricaricabile Last Order

Last Order was originally commissioned for the redesigned Four Seasons restaurant in New York City. Michael Anastassiades conceived the piece around the formal proportions of the classical column, rendered in solid crystal to create a base that refracts and diffuses light.

The lamp features a built-in rechargeable battery that allows it to operate without a power cord, making it fully portable. This format was central to Anastassiades's intention that the lamp move through a space according to need rather than the location of an outlet.

The top cover is offered in stainless steel, brass, satin copper, and matte green. Each finish meaningfully changes the lamp's atmosphere, from the cooler, more restrained character of steel to the warmth and ceremony of brass or copper.

Michael Anastassiades is a Cypriot-British designer based in London, recognized internationally for an approach grounded in reduction and precision. His work consistently finds expressive weight in minimal form, drawing on geometry, material quality, and proportion rather than ornament.

The portable, cordless format makes Last Order well suited to hospitality environments and transitional interior spaces. Its origins in a restaurant commission speak directly to that context, though its scale and finish options are equally at home in residential settings.
