Guscia, disegnata da Studio CC per Ceccotti Collezioni, parte da una premessa ingannevolmente semplice: un vassoio come oggetto studiato. La solida cornice in noce americano è offerta in quattro finiture – naturale, scuro, moka e marrone – ognuna delle quali rivela la venatura del legno con tranquilla sicurezza. Due lati opposti sono sagomati con un basso intaglio, un gesto che risponde tanto alla mano quanto all'occhio.
La superficie racconta la sua storia. Scegli tra vetro colorato, pelle o legno, e il carattere del pezzo cambia completamente – da freddo e riflettente a caldo e tattile. Disponibile in tre misure, Guscia si muove tra il servire e l'esporre con uguale facilità, senza annunciare la sua funzione troppo rumorosamente.
