How is the glass in the Bocci 73 Series made?
Molten glass is hand-blown into folded textile molds that have been saturated with ceramic. As the glass cools and takes on the exact texture of the fabric, the mold burns away, leaving a surface defined entirely by the weave and creases of the original textile. No two pieces are identical.
