In collaboration with the renowned Danish design brand, Luminaire invites you to experience the sensation of soft surfaces at our newly unveiled exhibition in Chicago. Exhibited within a forest of vertical structures, a cascading chromatic story evolves which juxtaposes textures and hues so that material is disassociated from form to highlight the nuances of each textile.
The exhibition, occurring on the third level of Luminaire's Chicago showroom, highlights Kvadrat's innovative positioning in the design world by highlighting the company's history, collaborators, and mission for a sustainable future through video elements. This media component is complemented by a tactile exploration of numerous textiles poetically arranged to offer a colorful analog counterpoint that further illuminates the digital assets presented in the exhibition.
The colorful nature of the exhibition reflects a key tenet of Kvadrat. For them, color is a treasured ingredient in their range of textile products and they continuously refresh their approach to color design, always striving to lead the way in this field.
