In a humble yet elegant tribute to the ancient handicraft of rattan and reed wickerwork, renown Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa brings us the powerful yet light Tou Club armchair for furniture brand Kettal, a relaxing and visually harmonious lounge option that arrests the mind with contrasting materiality and soothes the body with comfort and delight. 

With a frame in eco-friendly teak and cushions, the chair features rattan for the indoor version, to be used only under porch. Uniting Eastern and Western cultural traditions with formal rigor and high quality craft, Fukasawa successfully blends simple with the sophisticated in the Tou Club armchair for reclining with indulgence and ease.
