Morrison Stool
Made by Cappellini
Designed by Jasper Morrison
Jasper Morrison's approach to furniture design is rooted in quiet precision, an economy of gesture that produces objects at once familiar and formally rigorous. The Morrison Stool is a clear expression of that sensibility: straight lines, a subtly concave seat, and a considered relationship between the wooden form above and the slender steel structure below.
The seat is crafted from ash wood, available in bleached, oak-stained, or black-stained finishes. An upholstered option wraps the seat in polyurethane foam finished in a selection of fabrics or leathers. The stainless steel base is offered in satined or matte-lacquered finishes, with color options in white, mud, or black.
- Three height configurations spanning counter, bar, and lounge proportions

Morrison's long collaboration with Cappellini reflects a shared conviction that restraint and rigor are not limitations but disciplines. The stool moves between residential and hospitality settings with equal composure, never announcing itself and never disappearing.
