The Wardrope nasce da un materiale mutuato dalla montagna: una corda in poliammide con capacità di carico da arrampicata, qui riproposta come spina dorsale strutturale di un attaccapanni a soffitto. Le designer Susanne Stofer e Veronica Wildgruber trattano la corda non come un ornamento, ma come un elemento funzionale, sospendendo ganci in acciaio a forma di Y che pendono liberamente quando vuoti e si bloccano saldamente in posizione nel momento in cui viene applicato un peso.
La logica è soddisfacente nella sua semplicità. Senza un cappotto o una borsa, i ganci ruotano e si muovono, risultando come una scultura. Caricali e la geometria si sistema. L'appendiabiti si monta saldamente al soffitto tramite un gancio incluso e può sostenere fino a 13,6 kg, rendendolo tanto funzionale quanto ben congegnato.
