Benedini Associati ha concepito Spoon XL come un approfondimento di una proposta, non un allontanamento da essa. Se la Spoon originale aveva stabilito un vocabolario di pura sobrietà curva, la XL amplia e approfondisce questo gesto in qualcosa di più vicino all'immersione che al semplice bagno.
La silhouette si presenta come una forma unica e ininterrotta. Realizzato in Cristalplant biobased, un composito minerale di origine naturale, il corpo è caldo al tatto e presenta una qualità superficiale diversa da quella dell'acrilico o della pietra. Resiste alla freddezza della porcellana e al peso visivo del marmo naturale, offrendo al contempo una finitura silenziosa e uniforme su tutta la scocca.
