Disegnato da Massimo Mariani per Living Divani, Plane è uno studio sulla quieta tensione tra pieno e vuoto. Due pannelli in vetro temperato, ciascuno con angoli arrotondati e bordo smussato, formano la struttura primaria. La loro trasparenza rende l'oggetto sia presente che privo di peso.
Il pannello inferiore contiene tre fori passanti che ancorano una lastra di materiale scelto tra tre registri distinti: noce massello, rovere stone o marmo bianco di Carrara. Ogni scelta sposta completamente il carattere del pezzo, dal calore delle venature alla fredda autorevolezza della pietra.
