Cutipol generally recommends hand washing for pieces with matte black finishes to preserve the surface over time. Brushed steel pieces are more tolerant of machine washing, though hand washing extends the finish's longevity for both variants.

Moon is distinguished by its subtly curved handle profile and the refined arc where handle meets the serving head, giving it a softer silhouette compared to Cutipol's more geometric lines like Goa or Duna. It sits at the intersection of contemporary and classical sensibility.
