Una reinterpretazione moderna dell’orologio a cucù, che allude al passato pur rimanendo saldamente nel presente, è il Cucu Cuckoo Clock di Diamantini & Domeniconi, disegnato dal designer milanese Pascal Tarabay, e realizzato in metallo tagliato al laser. Partendo dal design tradizionale dell’archetipo dell’orologio a cucù, il designer lo ha trasformato in una rappresentazione grafica 2D, che regala al muro un’ombra del passato. Cucu combina ingegneria e design italiano per produrre un misto di tecnologia e stile carismatico. L’unica versione attualmente disponibile è in finitura Foglia Argento. Made in Italy.
