Aer Bowl e Vaso

The Aer Vase is crafted from glass with an organically undulating, asymmetrical form. The wave-like surface gives the piece a tactile, almost liquid quality that catches and diffuses light.

The Aer collection was designed by Gabriel Tan, a Singapore-born designer whose practice bridges Scandinavian restraint and Southeast Asian craft traditions. He has collaborated with several leading European design houses.

The bowl and vase are sold as individual pieces, allowing collectors to acquire one or both depending on the composition they are building.

Tan drew inspiration from the spiraling movement of air as it becomes visible through smoke or mist. The asymmetrical, wave-form silhouette translates that fleeting motion into a permanent glass object.

Because the form shifts visually depending on the viewing angle, Aer works well as a standalone sculptural object on a console, dining table, or shelf. It does not require flowers or arrangement to read as a considered design choice.
