A penthouse in Bergamo, reshaped through a renovation by Teka Studio that produces a domestic space in which beauty, formal purity, and attention to detail coexist with quiet confidence.
The Italia kitchen by Arclinea was developed specifically for this residence, with custom columns drawn to read continuously with the architecture of the rooms. The white of the columns echoes the tone of the walls and ceiling beams, while the island, finished in black Fenix with a Dekton top, holds its own through deliberate contrast and aligns with the window and door frames opposite. The kitchen opens to a view of Bergamo's Upper Town and extends onto the outdoor terrace, furnished with the Illum table and chairs by Tribù.
In the living room, the Mex sofa and coffee table by Cassina, designed by Piero Lissoni, are composed alongside an icon from the same house: the LC4 chaise longue by Le Corbusier. The Italia Flat C system by B&B Italia, chosen for its formal purity, supports the television. The dining area is built around the Boboli table and Cab chairs by Cassina. In the bedroom, the Mex C bed sits in considered conversation with the Cicognino by Franco Albini, used as a bedside table, and the Hill House chair by Mackintosh.
