The Jumeirah Dubai is a distinctive cantilevered residence shaped by a restrained design approach. Interior and exterior are calibrated to read as a single continuous environment, with lighting handled so deliberately that the transition between inside and out registers almost imperceptibly. "Light is an important element in my design, especially natural light. I always make room for it," Hitti notes. Marble, one of his favored materials alongside glass and metal, dominates the palette. "I think it is very important to master the harmony between all of these materials to reach a sense of homogeneity," he continues. "Interni is the perfect partner because we share the same sensibility."
Warm, coordinated tones were specified for the Parklex finishes, set in combination with stone for the outdoor patio and Bisazza tiles for the pool. The interiors are appointed with carefully chosen furnishings that establish a sense of considered luxury. "In my work I give utter importance to details," Hitti observes. Together with Interni's Creative Team, he selected pieces from Poltrona Frau, Baxter, Henge, Cassina, B&B Italia, and Dedon.
