Patrick Norguet

Nato nel 1969 | France

Patrick Norguet was born in Tours, France, in 1969. He studied industrial design at ESDI in Paris and began his career creating window displays for Yves Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton, experiences that strengthened his understanding of luxury, presentation, and brand identity. His international breakthrough came when Giulio Cappellini discovered the Rainbow Chair, a layered acrylic design that introduced Norguet's graphic sensibility and technical ambition to a wider audience.

Through Studio Norguet Design Paris, he has developed a multidisciplinary practice encompassing furniture, lighting, textiles, interiors, hospitality, and architectural concepts. His collaborations include Cappellini, Cassina, Poltrona Frau, De Padova, Artifort, Artemide, Tolix, Alias, Natuzzi, and Hermès. Norguet approaches design as a close exchange between creative vision, manufacturing knowledge, and the needs of the user, producing objects that balance functionality, refinement, and lasting relevance.
