Fabricada en una sola lámina de acero inoxidable, el cuchillo se pliega en su forma dinámica e incluye una hoja para cortar y un filo doble para servir. El cuchillo se complementa con una tabla de madera de roble o wengué especialmente diseñada, que cuenta con una hendidura para sujetarlo cuando no se usa. Este accesorio de mesa está diseñado y producido por Shibui, una empresa suiza que produce accesorios para el hogar sencillos, discretos y útiles.
