Always concerned with exploring the ways design can affect people’s lives, Luminaire invited architect and designer Paolo Piva to present his new, ground-breaking seating system, Artema for B&B Italia, and discuss how successful products develop from a continuous occupation with design as a lifestyle and a philosophy.
To be sure, concept was integral to the realization of Artema, but it was the classic form and comfortable, revolutionary upholstery that allowed visitors to experience design as a living, breathing part of everyday life.
