Luminaire’s focus on our client and community has always been our first and foremost priority. This focus has only grown in our current state. We are taking every possible effort to make sure that we keep you, our staff, and community safe during all phases of your experience with Luminaire.
Keeping our community updated and maintaining transparency is a crucial element of success in our goals. Please find below the steps that we are taking to make certain all parts of your experience is safe and up to Luminaire Standards.
Visiting the Showrooms
Are Luminaire showrooms open?
Luminaire is following the updates from each of our locations’ governmental agencies to make sure that we are complying with all regulations. In preparation, we are taking steps to make sure that when our showrooms open, we are ready to meet all your design education, exploration, and purchasing needs.
How can I connect with Luminaire?
To make sure you have the resources you need, we have continued to stay open online and have enacted a physical appointment system for when our showrooms reopen in addition to launching a digital appointment process so that you can meet with us at your convenience.
What safety measures are you taking in the showrooms?
All our showrooms have taken steps to make sure our staff and clients are held to the highest level. All patrons visiting our showrooms will be provided with a Welcome Kit that contains a mask, a set of gloves, and a handout that explains the showroom safety guidelines. All showrooms will be equipped with sanitation stations and new heightened levels of cleaning. All our team will be supplied with masks and gloves and will maintain social distancing at all times when working with clients.
Deliveries with Luminaire
What safety procedures are in place for in-home delivery?
We’re making in-home delivery safer for you and our team. Our delivery teams will be outfitted with masks, face shields, gloves, and towels. They will also be sure to maintain social distancing at their delivery locations. We ask that if someone at the delivery location is sick to please communicate that to our team so that we can present alternate delivery options.
I have made an order, how can I receive updates?
We will be following all local government mandates in response to allowing for deliveries and operations. Our team will be reaching out to you with updates as we learn more, we are excited to have you receive your products and will make every effort to make sure you receive them in a timely and safe manner.
Is the Online Store still making deliveries?
Our online store is in full operation, and we are continuously adding more design objects for your exploration. We have also implemented the highest safety standards for shipping and packing to make sure that you can feel safe in knowing that your package is secure upon its arrival.
