A replication of the celebrated house built by legendary Austrian-American architect Richard Neutra in 1932, and then again by Neutra and his son Dion in 1963, the pavilion adheres to all of the structural details of the original design, staying true to its modularity, natural climate control, and harmony with the natural environment while incorporating updated technologies in materials and construction techniques. The house after which the pavilion is fashioned gained notoriety for its streamlined encapsulation of all of Neutra’s architectural theories and philosophical reflections on design, and was visited by many modern masters of architecture and design including Frank Lloyd Wright, Charles and Ray Eames, and Alvar Aalto. Now you can own this glimpse into history with a timeless structure that features the skylight and aluminum and tempered glass parasol iconic to Neutra’s VDL, passing the time outdoors with modern style and lasting finesse.
