With a bold, expressive handle and sinuous design, the BE-Knife Carving Fork and Knife blends form and functionality for a dynamic set of kitchen utensils. The serving fork and knife is a result of a partnership between the technological prowess of KNIndustrie, an Italian design house specializing in innovative kitchen tools, and the artisan craftsmanship of Coltelleria Berti, a prestigious cutlery company whose origins date to 1895. Made entirely of 18/10 stainless steel for longevity and performance, the set includes a carving fork and knife which feature an attractive satin finish that reflects the artisanal approach Coltelleria Berti is famous for. The uniquely designed ergonomic handle of each piece provides a solid grip allowing for precision cutting and serving. A union of technology and craft and form and function, the BE-Knife Carving Fork and Knife represents a modern approach to preparing and serving.
