Andrea Federici was born in Pesaro, Italy, in 1981. He studied industrial design at the Politecnico di Milano, graduating in 2006. While completing his education, he began collaborating with prominent Italian architecture studios and developing projects independently for the kitchen, bathroom, living, and office furniture sectors. From 2007 to 2017, he worked closely with Scavolini, contributing to the design of kitchen, bathroom, and living collections as well as the visual development of product catalogs.
Today, Federici leads Andrea Federici Consulting, a multidisciplinary practice working across product design, creative direction, showroom and exhibition design, graphics, and photography. His collaborations include Falper, Laminam, Arredo3, Febal Casa, Effeti Cucine, Damiano Latini, and other international furniture brands. Defined by technical expertise and a coherent visual language, his work responds to contemporary living through adaptable systems, considered materials, and exceptional attention to detail. His projects have received honors including the Elle Deco International Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, iF Design Award, Good Design Award, German Design Award, and Archiproducts Design Award.
