Columns is a modular storage system conceived by Andrea Federici for Falper, built around the idea that a kitchen wall can carry the same compositional weight as architecture. Individual elements combine freely, forming a continuous equipped wall that reads as a single, resolved surface rather than a collection of parts.
Each column arrives in 60 or 64 cm widths, with made-to-measure Top-Columns available for projects where precision fit matters as much as finish. The internal configurations accommodate refrigerator integration and pantry organization, adapting without announcing the accommodation.
Construction is high-quality plywood or MDF, finished in book-matched veneers whose grain continuity rewards close attention. Doors are cut at 45-degree edges, eliminating visible frames and letting the veneer wrap the form cleanly. Vertical recessed handles reinforce the vertical emphasis of the composition, while bilateral internal LED lighting illuminates the interior evenly, without hardware interrupting the sightlines.
