V-Bol

Domande Frequenti
Who designed the Zanotta V-Bol vase?
The V-Bol was designed by Zaven, a Venice-based design studio known for objects that balance formal restraint with strong material character. It was introduced as part of Zanotta's 2025 collection.
What material is the V-Bol made from?
The V-Bol is made from glazed clay with a polished finish. The glaze creates a luminous, tactile surface that varies subtly in appearance depending on the light and viewing angle.
What colors is the V-Bol available in?
The V-Bol is offered in four colorways: pink, dark blue, red, and burgundy. Each color is integral to the glaze rather than applied as a coating, giving the finish depth and consistency.
How does Zaven approach decorative object design?
Zaven works at the intersection of craft and contemporary form, often drawing on Venetian making traditions while producing objects with a distinctly modern sensibility. Their pieces tend to prioritize proportion and material integrity over surface ornamentation.
Is the V-Bol intended for use as a functional vase or purely decorative?
The V-Bol is designed to function as both. Its glazed clay construction makes it suitable as a vessel for flowers or botanicals, while its sculptural silhouette gives it presence as a standalone decorative object.
