Roberto Lazzeroni ha concepito il Peek-a-Book come una scrivania che racchiude la sensibilità di una libreria privata. La superficie di scrittura, ampia e tranquilla, non è semplicemente uno spazio di lavoro, ma un luogo di pausa, studio e rito personale.
Il compensato di pioppo è piegato continuamente per formare sia la superficie di scrittura che la base, poi rivestito interamente in pelle Frau. Il riferimento è intenzionale: la copertina morbida e tesa di un libro ben fatto. Due cassetti centrali e discrete ante laterali nascondono la gestione dei cavi, preservando l'aspetto composto della scrivania.
