Barba Corsini concepì il tavolo Pedrera nel 1955, ispirandosi direttamente all'ondulata facciata della Casa Milà di Antoni Gaudí a Barcellona. La base scultorea in acciaio riprende il ritmo organico dell'edificio, mentre il piano in vetro generosamente arrotondato mantiene la sua forma con sobria sicurezza.
La riedizione di GUBI conserva la celebre silhouette di Corsini e introduce piani in vetro strutturato nelle finiture trasparente, fumé e bronzo, oltre a un'opzione in vetro trasparente. Ogni finitura modifica il carattere del tavolo, da una trasparenza eterea a una profondità più calda e suggestiva.
