Paola Navone ha progettato la collezione Delight Chairs come uno studio sulla tranquilla domesticità per gli spazi esterni, e la LPIDC13 porta quella sensibilità ad un livello superiore. Le proporzioni si adattano a un bancone o a un bar da terrazza, ma la logica dei materiali rimane intatta: tessuti Loro Piana Interiors, scelti per la loro profondità tattile e la resistenza agli elementi, e la caratteristica costruzione da esterni di Exteta che invecchia con intenzione piuttosto che contro di essa.
Il risultato è continuità. Una terrazza composta attorno alla famiglia Delight si legge come un unico gesto attraverso diverse altezze di seduta, piuttosto che una collezione di pezzi disparati assemblati per necessità. Navone, la cui pratica si muove liberamente tra mobili, interni e oggetti culturali, porta un calore etnografico a forme che altrimenti potrebbero sembrare puramente architettoniche.
