The Insula collection is Patricia Urquiola's study in adaptability: a modular seating system that reads equally well as a private retreat or a shared workspace, indoors or out. Each configuration begins with a clear structural logic, then opens outward through an expansive catalogue of arrangements.
Kettal produces the Insula range at its Barcelona facility, drawing on 47% solar energy during manufacturing. The ecological commitment is embedded in the production process itself, not applied as an afterthought. Materials are selected for durability under prolonged outdoor exposure, with surfaces engineered for low maintenance without sacrificing refinement.
