Progettata da Federica Capitani per la collezione M'Afrique di Moroso, la sedia e lounge Imba trae il suo spirito dalle culture, dalle tradizioni artigianali e dall'energia visiva dell'Africa. La collezione è stata concepita come un autentico scambio culturale, unendo il pensiero progettuale europeo e le mani di maestri artigiani a Dakar, in Senegal.
La forma è curva e decisa, costruita attorno a una struttura in acciaio impermeabilizzata con una struttura ergonomica che accoglie il corpo con cura. Ciò che definisce l'Imba, tuttavia, è la sua tessitura. Due elementi di telaio intrecciati creano una superficie che è allo stesso tempo leggera e semi-trasparente, una qualità raramente ottenuta nelle sedute da esterno.
