London studio Doshi Levien drew from the curved brim of a hat when conceiving the Capo armchair for Cappellini. The silhouette is at once enveloping and precise, its shell form wrapping the body with a quiet confidence that reads differently from every angle.
The shell is constructed from co-injected resin and polyurethane foam, mounted on a slender metal base available in matte black, mud, white, or terracotta. Upholstery in leather or fabric can be applied uniformly across the entire form, or played as a deliberate contrast between front and back - a choice that shifts the chair's character entirely.
A matching footrest extends the composition for those who want the full gesture. Capo holds Greengard Gold certification, meeting strict indoor air quality emission standards for both residential and contract environments.
