A seamless dialogue of light, space, and quiet Mediterranean elegance.

The villa is conceived as a continuous system between interior and exterior, in which the architecture steps back from formal display in favor of a quality of living grounded in light, proportion, rhythm, and calm. Clean volumes, natural materials, and a controlled palette establish a quiet elegance, Mediterranean in spirit and contemporary in expression, in constant dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The architecture functions as a discreet frame, allowing the furnishings, colors, and textures to articulate the character of each room. Interior and exterior flow into one another, producing a fluid and open living experience calibrated for every hour of the day.

Cappellini furnishings define the residence's identity through pieces of considered expressive weight. Soft, generously proportioned upholstered seating shapes an informal and welcoming domestic landscape, while lighter, more graphic coffee tables, objects, and lamps introduce a measured visual rhythm. The palette, built around warm neutrals, deep blues, and accents of mustard and terracotta, brings depth and movement to the rooms without overstating the case. The furnishings do not fill the space so much as support it, allowing the volumes and surfaces to breathe. A Poliform kitchen, at once functional and sculptural, introduces a rigorous contemporary note. Its compact mass and continuous surfaces hold a coherent dialogue with the surrounding furnishings, registering as a sculptural element fully integrated into the living area.

The outdoor spaces play a defining role in the project and are conceived as a natural extension of the interior. Outdoor sofas pick up the forms, colors, and comfort of their indoor counterparts, shaping an open-air lounge overlooking the pool that reads as a setting for both repose and gathering. Stripes, textiles, and color register against the greenery of the garden and the blue of the pool, while pergolas filter the light and cast shifting shadows across the surfaces. The outdoor furnishings are not decorative additions but an integral part of the residence, continuous in language with the interiors.

Interior and exterior share a common vocabulary of softness, color, and balance, producing a home that turns away from effect in favor of a refined and considered equilibrium.
