De Haro

Set in Potrero Hill, this sixteen-unit luxury development was shaped through an ongoing partnership with Aralon Properties and Sternberg Benjamin Architects, with kitchens, baths, closets, and staging developed in parallel with the architecture. The residences are defined by a European sensibility that runs from finish to fitting: Italian-designed Boffi kitchens and bathrooms, Porro closets, Porcelanosa tile from Spain, and German-engineered Miele appliances. The model units carry the program through, furnished with Porro dining tables and chairs, Living Divani sofas and beds, and outdoor pieces by Paola Lenti. A curated art selection runs throughout, completing a portrait of modern urban living in which city views and generous outdoor spaces offer a quiet counterpoint to the pace of the surrounding city.
