Victor Vasilev

Nato nel 1974 | Bulgaria

Victor Vasilev is a Bulgarian architect and designer whose work is defined by restraint, precision, and a continuous search for formal and material essentiality. Born in 1974 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, he moved to Israel with his family at age fifteen before studying architecture at the Politecnico di Milano and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. At the end of his studies, he chose to remain in Milan, where he founded his own practice in 2004.

Over the years, Vasilev has developed a body of work spanning architecture, interiors, furniture, and product design, collaborating with brands such as Boffi, Living Divani, MDF Italia, Antrax IT, Oluce, and Falper. His projects are admired for their clarity, discipline, and quiet sophistication, often reducing form to its most essential expression while preserving warmth and usability. Pieces such as CTline, Mamba, and Superluna reflect his ability to merge technical intelligence with sculptural elegance, making him an important voice in contemporary European design.
