Nato nel 1983 | Czech Republic

Lucie Koldova is a Czech product and furniture designer whose work is defined by clarity, sensuality, and a distinctive understanding of light as both material and mood. After completing her studies in Prague in 2009, she moved to Paris, where she began working with international clients and developed the language that would come to define her practice: pure forms, charismatic presence, and a quiet sense of poetry. Her work spans furniture, lighting, glass sculptures, and spatial concepts, always balancing technical precision with emotional resonance.

She is especially recognized for her long collaboration with Brokis, which began in 2010 with the now-iconic Muffins and Balloons collections. Those early designs helped establish the Czech brand as a leading voice in contemporary handblown glass lighting and confirmed Koldova as one of the most compelling designers of her generation. Based in Prague, she has continued to shape a body of work that feels both architectural and intimate, bringing together sculptural restraint, craftsmanship, and a deeply atmospheric vision of contemporary living.
