David Lopez Quincoces is a Spanish designer and architect whose work is distinguished by rigorous simplicity, strong spatial sensibility, and a subtle interplay between materiality and form. Born in Madrid in 1980, he earned a degree in Art from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2004 and later completed a master's degree in Interior Design at the Politecnico di Milano. He has been based in Milan since 2005, where he began collaborating with Piero Lissoni on a wide range of interior and architectural projects.
In the years that followed, he established his own studio, Quincoces-Drago, with offices in Milan and Madrid, developing a practice that spans architecture, interiors, graphics, and industrial design. His work for brands such as Living Divani and Gandia Blasco reflects a sophisticated balance of precision and atmosphere, with pieces that feel both disciplined and warmly livable. Quincoces is especially admired for creating furniture and spaces that express quiet confidence, contemporary elegance, and a distinctly architectural sense of proportion.
