Concept to installation
Your project doesn't change hands between stages. Concept, procurement, logistics, and installation run through the same team and the same project file, rather than being handed off to separate vendors at each step. That's what allows a piece specified in one city to arrive and be installed correctly in another.
Architectural systems
Architectural systems are part of our design services, not a separate offering. These are planned alongside furniture and lighting rather than handled as a separate project.
Space planning
We develop space planning and layout solutions tailored to how you'll actually live in or use the space, ensuring flow, function, and proportion work together from the start.
Floor plans
We prepare detailed floor plans as part of the design process, giving you a clear, accurate view of the space before any decisions are finalized.
Lighting design
Our team develops lighting plans that balance ambiance, function, and architecture - from general illumination to accent and task lighting.
Swatches and samples
Our design team helps select indoor and outdoor collections suited to your space, lifestyle, and climate, with space planning, material guidance, and styling advice throughout. Fabric, finish, and material swatches can be requested at any stage before an order is placed. Samples and swatches are also available in our showrooms.
Logistics hubs
Our logistics network allows us to receive, inspect, and consolidate furniture from multiple brands before it ever reaches your property - so everything arrives together, on schedule, and damage-free. This is especially critical for remote properties, second homes, and marine projects where timing and coordination matter most.
White-glove delivery and installation
Our white-glove service includes in-home delivery, unpacking, assembly, placement, and removal of all packaging - so your space is ready to enjoy, not just ready to build.
Private clients and trade professionals
Design services are available to private clients as well as architects and interior designers. A private client can meet with a design consultant for help with a single piece or an entire residence, without needing a trade affiliation.
Design professionals working on behalf of clients typically go through the trade program, though both draw on the same brand network and logistics.
