The roster includes figures from across European and international design: the Bouroullec brothers, Jasper Morrison, Sebastian Wrong, Konstantin Grcic, Philippe Malouin, Nao Tamura, Pauline Deltour, Sylvain Willenz, and Raw Edges, among others. The range of collaborators reflects a deliberate curatorial position: Established & Sons commissions designers with distinct, evolved voices rather than defaulting to a house style. The approach favors material specificity over decorative effect: hand-blown glass, etched polycarbonate, and PVC-dipped polymer each chosen for how they hold or diffuse light rather than how they look unlit. Pendant and table lamp forms tend toward resolved geometric silhouettes that read well in isolation but are also designed to work in grouped arrangements. The Tiki Table Lamp by Nao Tamura is one illustration of this: etched polycarbonate used not for economy but for the particular quality of glow it produces. The lighting range is smaller in scale than the furniture program but consistent in its design ambition.
